MDS bzw. MDS/MPN (inklusive MDS/MPN-RS-T, MDS/MPNu, aCML oder CMML) mit symptomatischer Anämie; IPSS-R <= 3,5, MDS/MPN < 10% KM-Blasten; CPSS-Score CMML: niedrig bzw. intermediär. Symptomatische Anämie. Keine Vorbehandlung mit Azacitidin oder Decitabin
